Our Certified Holistic Health Coach program teaches you how to help clients create sustainable wellness routines through behavior change, coaching models, and goal setting. You'll learn about the top lifestyle factors that contribute to illness and how to coach clients to improve their foundational choices, such as food selection, stress management, and sleep. The CHHC program emphasizes a holistic approach to client care, addressing each individual’s mind, body, and spirit through natural health principles and techniques that foster overall well-being. Additionally, students gain practical knowledge of legal and business essentials to prepare them to start their own practice.

At Trinity School of Natural Health, we deliver courses through the online classroom, Canvas. Each week, we release lecture material through recorded PowerPoint presentations, videos, or reading assignments. Students participate in weekly discussions and activities to practice their skills, foster peer interaction, and receive feedback from instructors. Additionally, weekly quizzes and a comprehensive final examination are administered in each 4-week course to measure student progress.
Our courses offer flexibility within a clear structure, allowing students to participate at times that fit their schedules while meeting defined targets. This structure helps keep students on track, ensuring they fulfill all requirements and build the confidence needed to achieve their goals.
